450人の生産者がロバや馬でコーヒーチェリーを運び込んでいます。この地域の山岳地帯と独自の気候は、コーヒー栽培に理想的な条件を満たしています。

テイストは、フローラルなアロマ、ストロベリーやグレープのような果実味で柔らかな質感。後味はアールグレイのような余韻が感じられ、雑味も少なく、いつまでも甘さの余韻が続きます。
