ルリで生産されたコーヒーは、様々な最新の設備が整った徹底した管理体制と、農家のきめ細かい配慮によって心を込めて生産されています。また、収穫された日にちで細かなロット分けがなされており、今回のロットは4月10日に収穫されたものになります。
テイストは、蜜柑やアプリコットを思わす柑橘類の明るい風味、円やかな口当たり、緑茶やダージリンを思わす和やかな香り。後味には黒糖のようなふくよかな甘みの余韻が長く続くコーヒーです。
